Jazzercise has updated all the Basic Movements on jazzercise.com with new video and images. Additionally, you will find two new categories: 16 Step movements and 11 Weights & Tubes movements. View the video to brush up on your technique and improve your workout results.


JAZZERCISE TOPS CONSUMER REPORTS LIST OF ACTIVITY BENEFITS
Jazzercise topped a January 2005 Consumer Reports list of 15 activities, including walking, running, golf, and step aerobics, as the only exercise to fulfill each of the following benefits: cardiovascular, resistance, weight-bearing, upper body, and lower body. The list was part of an article entitled “What Workouts do for You,” which discusses the hows and whys of selecting a fitness activity and states “a key to success is picking an activity you like that will fit into your schedule.”


Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kick-boxing, and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level.
